A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. "The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place!"

"We awed by the beauty of this home, there five couples and it worked out perfectly for us. One suggestion, and I know it may deter from the look of the home but adding hand rails to the opposite side of each staircase wound be a great safety addition. THe gondola between Mountain Village and Telluride allowed us to park and leave our car (Tesla) the entire stay. AND the Tesla charging station in the gondola garage was also very convenient. "Myself and one friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the easy access to slopes and Mountain Village as well as the quiet of the neighborhood. I did not feel that the property management company did right by the owner in the cleanliness or upkeep of the unit, it was quite dirty upon arrival. I hand wrote them a 1.5pg letter. It is a beautiful home and deserves to be cared for as such."
