« Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, personnel très serviable. La chambre très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, et pas de bouilloire pour un café ou thé. Les repas au restaurant comme le petit déjeuner, sont excellents . Le service shuttle VIP avec les chauffeurs (très sympathiques) est un service très appréciable pour le transport à Ischgl, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. En conclusion, très bon séjour, on reviendra. »

« The good - great location, right next to the A2 gondola and across the street from ski rental shops and the local grocery. Away from the main Apres area but we appreciated not being in the center of the loudest part of town (and easy to walk to the other side of town if desired). Staff were helpful upon checking in and service was good throughout the stay. We did half board (dinner included) and dinner was better than expected. Breakfast was excellent. The not so good - no thermostat in the...

« Hôtel exceptionnel par son niveau de confort, sa propreté, son accueil très chaleureux et très efficace. Tout le personnel est attentionné. Des activités proposées chaque jour gratuitement. Nous recommandons en particulier le petit déjeuner du mardi matin en altitude : fabuleux !! Quant à la qualité du restaurant, c’est juste exceptionnel et incroyable, notamment par rapport à la nourriture habituelle en Autriche. Un hôtel vraiment exceptionnel où nous reviendrons probablement !! »

« I think this is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the town center, but a bus stops directly in front of the hotel and a slope goes relatively close to the hotel. The staff was super hospitable and the breakfast was well-prepared! Other stuff like a well-equipped ski storage and nice spa area were great too! I think the hotel would benefit from replacing the safes since they were too small to store a tablet or laptop. I didn't like the pillows too much but otherwise the rooms were...

« Hôtel un peu difficile à trouver en arrivant, mais ensuite assez facile d'accès. Pour un séjour de 4 nuits, nous avons eu une très petite chambre, où l'on ne pouvait pas passer devant le lit lorsque l'armoire est ouverte. En réclamant, nous avons été délogés, mais tout d'abord en nous demandant un supplément de 98€/pers pour les 3 nuits restantes, ce que nous n'avons pas accepté au vu du prix initial déjà payé. Une autre chambre à toutefois pu nous être donné finalement sans surcoût. Chambre...
