"Beautiful area, of course we're in Austria! Traffic through the Fernepass was atrocious, which is right near Obsteig. Construction was in process across the road from hotel and the trucks that traveled the road all night that our room overlooked were very loud. No A/C so leaving windows open was a must. "Great property. Nice and clean. Tons to do in the area. Friendly staff. Only gave 4, because they didn’t shut down the patio under our window, so we got to hear laughing guests until well after midnight. "

We had plenty of space to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the sauna was a huge bonus after our day of hiking. There are great trails nearby and good dining options a town away. Our host was great to help us get checked-in and settled and was super communicative throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this spot!"
