"Absolutely wonderful! From checkin to checkout, accommodations, comfort, amenities including the hot tub were GREAT! Communication with the host was the best. This will be our first choice for our next Deer Valley stay!"

"First of all the location is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and well furnished. And plenty of room. However we had issues with the property. The first night we were there my daughter put her knee on the mattress. And the middle support piece of wood. Had already been snapped in half. And the mattress sunk. We went down to use the hot tub. Which this may not be a reason for everyone. But the indoor hot tub was the reason I picked this property. Anyway the instructions in the email do not tell you how to turn it on. Or work the hot tub. The water was cold. And when we called the support number. They were unclear how to run the hot tub. At that time I told them about how the bed broke. And the hot tub didn't seem to work. We stayed a Friday to a Monday. And after many calls to the support to figure out the hot tub. They could never fix it. It too a few texts to figure out when they were going to come fix the bed. But they fixed it on Saturday. And they looked at the hot tub. Did something and told them to let them know if it started working. After three hours it had not changed. Still cold water. A lot more texts to find out when the repairman would come. And waiting around to wait for them. Which they didn't show up until Sunday. When I asked if there is something the upper management could do to discount or give me a deal. They never returned my text. My review find somewhere else to stay."

"Very nice home. Only problem I had was with Audio -Video components. I could not enjoy any of the TV's or sound system. Seems like guests would benefit from a more complete instruction manual or the system should be redesigned with the goal of simplifying it. I believed that the pricing was more than fair until I noticed that other similar homes also in Lookout were charging much less for the same week. Less than half as much. But we did enjoy our stay so I would say that we will probably try to get back annually . Thank you"
