"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a complimentary drink coupon and waived my parking fee in honor of my special day, which was a thoughtful touch. When I got to my room, the keys didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. The same staff member quickly fixed the issue and apologized profusely. He also thanked me for handling the situation calmly, which I appreciated. Overall, the service made my birthday stay very enjoyable. "
