Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. It was close to all the sights we wanted to enjoy. The studio was clean for the most part. We were allocated only one towel and wash cloth each for the week; we had to ask for more. There were no cooking staples (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc.) or plates, we had to purchase those for ourselves; luckily the supermarket was in walking distance. We came home one night to an extremely large cockroach in the middle of the floor. The toilet stopped working three days before we left and when I reached out to the host I was made to feel like it was our problem for not reaching out sooner.
