The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house itself was even better than expected. It was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and linens.The downstairs area was ideal for our group of 11\. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone enough room to relax without feeling crowded. Whether we were cooking meals, hanging out, or getting ready for the beach, the layout worked perfectly for us.You can tell the owners really put thought into making the space welcoming and guest-friendly. We truly felt at home here, and we’re already talking about coming back for our next getaway. The location of the house is conveniently located right across the street from the beach as well as a perfect beach cafe! The only drawback is a busy and sometimes loud street in front of the house. You also have to walk just under a block to get to a crosswalk as you cannot safely cross the street without the crosswalk. The house came with plenty of beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs, and even some beach toys.Note there are a lot of stairs so be mindful of what you pack! There were 9 of us ladies and we had plenty of space for everyone. There is one bedroom downstairs,, where we pit the early risers, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. We rented this property for Thanksgiving for our 2 daughters, son in law and 4 grandchildren and had plenty of space. It is very conveniently located. We enjoyed the walk to Johns Pass and rented a pontoon boat at Madeira Beach. The walk across the road to the beach was easy and perfect for the kids.
