Owner stated he would refund cost and never did. 5 months later and still going back and forth about refund status. VRBO terrible customer service and DO NOT rent this property. We jumped on it and found out why. The neighborhood is up and coming so is a little iffy, especially if you come in at night and are not familiar with area. It turns out neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. And the location was perfect for anywhere in Tampa. The condo was very pleasant. It was small, but very quiant. It had all the emmenities anyone could want. This is not a place you could sneak a third person in, as to how small it was. While we didn't feel unsafe, I'm not sure I would have booked this unit had I been familiar with the neighborhood and its surroundings.
