« -Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch. »

« The place is super cute! The bed is very comfortable and the lanai is awesome. It’s a 10ish minute walk to get downtown which isn’t terrible. If you’re not feeling like walking, a golf cart is available to rent which we did not use but was nice to know we could if we needed to. It’s mentioned in the listing that the bathroom is small. I am not a large person and I had to turn sideways to even get into the bathroom. Something to keep in mind when booking. We had some outlet issues while there...

« I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!!
