"The rooms were good size fairly clean. The bed was comfortable. I did not like housekeeping. They were very pushy and tried to open the door multiple occasions without even knocking one time even after I paid for the room for the second day, they continued to press me about coming in the room, which I told him repeatedly that I was not to be disturbed because me and my fiancé we’re having time to ourselves for the weekend and didn’t wanna be bothered by nobody "

"This is a beautiful property tucked away in the suburbs of Portland. Did some hiking with family in the area and this was a good launching spot. It was a very clean and roomy two bedroom two bath would love to be able to stay there again. What impress me most about the property is how private it is. I value my privacy to a fault. The neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly there's always people walking their dogs and walking in general. We decided not to rent a car on this trip we used only public transportation. Portland has one of the most impressive transit systems I've ever experienced in a city. A quick Uber ride tothe TriMet and your hopping a 20 minute ride to the city or a 30 minute ride to the airport. "
"Krystal deserves a medal
I stayed here while working the Clackamas County Fair (drawing caricatures all day until my hand resembled a claw). I needed a quiet, affordable spot nearby, and this place nailed it.
Big shout-out to Krystal, the manager. She didn’t just hand me a key... she gave me options. I picked the dark, quiet cave-like room, perfect for collapsing after 12-hour days. She even knocked a night off my bill when I rolled in late, which no one ever does. When my buddy couldn’t check in until 11pm, she made sure he got the key to his room. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it.
Is this the Ritz? No. But if you want clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and a manager who cares about your comfort, this place wins."
"I always love to come and stay here because of the stuff. They are always the same people who are professional, friendly and they been with the company for years. That shows me that they are not always changing stuff. This lasts two times I have stayed with them my only complaint is that their beds aren't comfortable anymore. It's getting to that point where they needeto make updates because boy, my back is in major pain and can't sleep. And definitely a few more pillows won't hurt either. "
"Room was clean, beds were comfy. Staff was excellent. We did not feel safe coming in and out. There was a lot of questionable looking people hanging around. There was a group of men drinking beer around a pickup under our window well into the night. There was also a group of men drinking and smoking in the pool area so we did not feel safe taking our young girls down to the pool. Smelled a lot of dope often as well. Overall, was disappointed with the atmosphere of this hotel."
