The room was clean but there were spider web in every corner. The staff were great. The only problem was the menu they had in the room we order and it never came. The staff didn't know what to do because the restaurant isn't part of the hotel. They need to remove the menu from the rooms.

The rooms were decent, soft beds, water pressure in shower was light, couldn't find vending or ice machine, pool and hot tub were ok, the water was murky but warm in both. Property wasn't super clean but was manageable. Front desk people weren't very friendly, breakfast wasn't much of anything and coffee was already gone most mornings, no matter what time we went down for coffee. Apple juice was just water the one morning, but it was easy on and off the highway with food options near by

We stayed at the Syracuse Grand and it was fine. The pool was as warm as the hot tub but didn't seem to have any filtration as the water level was below the filter. The chemicals were strong enough to make your eyes water to compensate. Our AC could be on or off. We couldnt adjust the temp at all. The maintenance guy came to look at it but didn't fix it. The breakfast had passable pancakes but the eggs were strange and and the bagels were stale. My kids did enjoy the muffins, tho. Beds were comfortable enough and the staff was very nice.
