We booked an animal room and had three koalas living right outside our room the entire time! The views are amazing of Sydney! The zoo itself is also very nice and had a wide array of animals. The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and got to hear about the inner workings of the wildlife park. Waking up with the koalas was unreal. We would enjoy time in the lobby looking over the city. I participated in the night tour and saw more animals out and about in the cool air. Really enjoyed our stay and found the buses were convenient for getting out to beaches like Manly and Balmoral.
