Hôtel-résidence est un hébergement non-fumeurs qui met à votre disposition les commodités et services suivants : piscine intérieure, centre d’entraînement physique et un stationnement libre-service gratuit. Cet hôtel-résidence comprend un four à micro-ondes, une cafetière-théière et l’accès inclus au Wi-Fi, de même qu'un un téléviseur ACL avec la télévision par câble. Un lecteur de DVD, une surface de cuisson et un séchoir à cheveux font partie des commodités offertes aux clients. L’entretien ménager est effectué une fois par semaine. 

Milson Serviced Apartments possède 50 climatisées dotées de : lecteur de DVD et cafetière-théière. L'ameublement et le décor des chambres sont uniques. Un téléviseur ACL avec chaînes spécialisées par câble. 

 Les clients peuvent accéder à Internet gratuitement par une connexion sans fil (vitesse de 50 Mb/s ou plus. De plus, les chambres comprennent séchoir à cheveux et fer et planche à repasser. L'entretien ménager est assuré une fois par semaine.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Milsons Point than Milson Serviced Apartments. The commanding view from the balcony is simply marvelous — overlooking Sydney Harbour and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the train station and ferry quay. A short walk brings you down to Bradfield Park, where a scenic promenade runs alongside the harbour, offering stunning views of Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, Crown Sydney, and the downtown business district. We were even fortunate enough to watch a gorgeous fireworks display there in the evening — an unforgettable experience. We were warmly checked in on Australia Day morning by a pleasant and professional attendant who promptly attended to our needs despite it being a public holiday. The apartment is well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable short stay. After an extended stretch of hotel stays in the CBD, having a washer and dryer in the apartment was especially important and much appreciated. Down at street level, Azzurro Attitude Cafe serves excellent coffee, prepared by a friendly barista/owner — a great spot to start the day. Overall, Milson Serviced Apartments offers unbeatable harbour views, superb convenience, and the comforts of home — highly recommended for anyone staying in Sydney.

We enjoy being @ the unit. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and the location - being near a T station - is great. The unit itself needs some update and renovation. Little change can make a lot of difference! I don't think it has any update since it was built.

Great location, shower needs some attention, we had issues with the thermostat and the shower head needed cleaned (legionella risk). Only one toilet roll! But we would stay again!

The management office is off site and it is difficult to communicate outside of office hours. If you check in after 11:00pm there is a $50 charge. While the apartment was clean it needed updating. The carpet was badly stained and a strong Arm and Hammer/Shake and Vac type chemical had been used to attempt cleaning - the smell was so strong I asked to move to another unit but none was available. The best thing about the Milson is free parking in their basement garage and the unit had a washer and dryer.

Excellent view and location. Easy access to a train station, nearby groceries, and various attractions within walkable distance. Communication has been constant and easy, with the staff being extremely helpful when we needed assistance. We could not be happier with the service and room we received!
