As hosts of the property, we want to be upfront with you about everything at the property including how we conduct check ins. Below you will find detailed info on each part of the property.  
  
This relaxing space is a standout in the area as an apartment and has been furnished for guests to enjoy. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 of them with views plus a large outdoor patio with outdoor dining. Only a short walk from Balmain East Ferry

\- There are flyscreens on some windows however if you leave doors and balcony doors open there will be insects that can come in.  
\- The third bedroom is small and has enough room for a double bed and bedside table.  
\- There isn't parking attached to the property. There is a chance of organising a parking permit, this isn't guaranteed and we will need to request permission with more than 7 days notice for the stay (extra cost). Another option is using apps such as parkhound to rent a private space from a nearby resident.

You will have access to the full apartment including the balcony and outside patio. The apartment is in a building with 1 other apartment so there is a shared stairs and lift

Indulge in our popular restaurant scene, located along the bustling Darling Street, where you can find everything from fashionable boutiques to artisan bakeries and cosmopolitan eateries. If you're looking for something unique, head to the Balmain Market on weekends for a range of handicrafts and organic goods. And if you're in need of a bit of relaxation, venture north or east to one of our many serene waterside parks surrounded by picturesque views of Darling Harbour, Goat Island, and Mort Bay. Balmain East is another peaceful waterside suburb to explore. With a smattering of bars, restaurants, and cafes along Darling Street, you'll be sure to find a spot to unwind.
