"We had a suite that was huge but very poorly cared for. The furniture in the room was gross, very old and uncomfortable and very, very dirty/stained. There was a table & chairs in the room to dine but the cushions on the seats were so dirty. The area with the bed was better and clean but to be able to relax there was out of the question. The pool looked dirty and needs a resurfacing. No towels were provided poolside. The staff was not professional in the way they were dressed or in the way they address the clientele. The lady who checked us in was sitting and slumped over the counter talking to another staff personal when we arrived, she had a pack of cigarettes sitting on the counter next to her. "

"The waterpark was awesome! The 5 year old and the 35 year old both had a BLAST! The only downfall was breakfast was not free :/ "

"The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, and the room we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 little kids! We have already booked another stay for when we plan to visit family and will more than likely continue to use this hotel for our stays in the area! "

"There were holes in the ceiling in numerous spots, including big spots in the bathroom appearing to be water damage of some sort. Not worth the price of the room "
