Arrived to check in,was unaware of the 50$ deposit thats not listed anywhere on the website so i wasnt planning for that. When i did get to my room the sheets had bugs in them,when i brought it up to the guy at the counter he seemed like he could care less saying i was freaked out by the bugs in the bed when i was more disgusted and pissed off that he didnt really care even after i showed him the pictures of the bugs i found ( which i still.have on my phone). I asked him for a different room because of the amount of bugs or at least some new sheets and he had an attitude about it,being that you work in a customer service industry you would think you would like to know when theres bugs where your guest is supposed to sleep. He ended up calling the house keeper and told me i better hurry up and bring my sheets and pillow cases to the laundry room. I got my sheets and pillow cases and brought them to the laundry room where the lady was waiting for me. I showed her the sheets that the bugs were still clinging too and she looked grossed out and was very nice and apologetic and got me new bedding right away. She was very curtious and was more than happy to help,but the guy at the front desk was not caring at all. You get what you pay for so dont go cheap.
