"We had a great time at Sunswept! The house was perfect for 11 people and the view was great! The host was very responsive with anything that was asked. The communication was very timely and clear. We'll definitely be back in the future."

"Luther was a great host! I was impressed by the thought put into making his guests' stays enjoyable. The simple things like toiletry supplies, towels, bedding, ect. were a plus, however, the additional laundry and dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, ziploc bags, and trash bags just sealed the fact that Luther puts a lot of thought into items guests may need. We enjoyed utilizing Luther's condo while other members of our family stayed only two blocks away. One of my favorite things was the sliding window in the main room. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing and watching sun rises peaking over the horizon while laying in bed was epic. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony steps from the beach. Luther was forthcoming with a previous guest's rating of issues with the kitchen faucet and balcony railing. Honestly, we found the faucet was fine just stayed on the spray option, no biggie. As for the railing, if you live near the ocean or have property there, you already know that the salt water and air take a toll on a building's exterior. It's the trade you make when you decide to live the Salt Life. There wasn't an elevator, but we viewed the stairs as much needed exercise and we all need that, right! We also knew this prior as it was in the property description. We enjoyed staying here and would again! Thank you Luther for all the little thoughtful things and great communication! We definitely rate you a 5 star host with a beautiful property!!!"

"This house is truly an old school house. The house needs a lot of upgrades. The TVs were not smart TVs, and were hard to get to work especially the Spectrum boxes. The floors were sandy, we expect that at the beach, but they could have been cleaner. We also killed several Palmetto bugs. There is mold around the air vents that needs to be addressed. The mattresses need to be replaced and we even had a dirty bed spread in the master bedroom. We enjoyed our week there spending time with family, The house could be amazing with a little TLC."

"When we arrived the kitchen had a horrible smell. The management company came the next day and did a deep clean which helped. There were a few other issues such as slats missing on the vertical blinds and they were broken as far as being able to close. The house could use some updates but they were not issues to make the stay unenjoyable. Now for the positives. The location is terrific. Very easy beach access. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub fantastic. Plenty of room for 8-10 or more. Overall it was a nice place. A deep cleaning at the end of the season would be a good idea."

"LOCATION WAS AMAZING! It made going to the beach with two toddlers a breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to have meals at the house. We all had a wonderful vacation, would definitely stay here again!"
