"Staffs are friendly. The room is a little narrow but it’s clean. Reasonable price for what it is."

"Rooms are only cleaned every other day, but the room is only provided with one day's supplies of toiletries, towels, and coffee. Not knowing this was a big surprise to us when we returned from our day's activities and the bed wasn't made, we were also out of soap, shampoo, coffee, and clean towels The staff was really friendly about providing everthing we needed on request.But for the $173/nt room, daily cleaning should be included. We were also surprised that the coffee shop was closed as well as the 'Hotel' bar. On the upside, the pool, hot tub and fire pits were unVegas-like (which we liked), and the casino was state-of-the-art and absoultely huge. Joining the Diamond Club gets you $20 free slot play and a $10 food voucher, which we used for breakfast in the food court. "

"The room was perfect. The event we came to town for was cancelled at the last minute and had it not been for cute room we booked at the hotel the trip would have been a total bust."

"Our room was so dirty. There was old food and half drank coffee cups left behind in the fridge. When we opened the couch to use the couch bed there were dirty tissues all underneath that we had to pick up. There was old food and cough drops under the curtains and of course our baby was finding everything. Also our curtains had gross stains on them that looked like urine. The room looks pretty but it’s like a bandaid on top of old and dirty furniture. It was also frustrating to not have extra bed linens or pillows for our room even though we put the correct amount of people staying. So we had to walk up to the front and find them late at night - because no one answered the phone up front. So that was frustrating. It was just overall not a great stay and felt so unclean. The pool was nice. "

"This is a boutique hotel. It's an old property with a lot of unique charm. They give you a map when you check in and circle the room location. On the back it says what numbers to call from your room for certain services. Too bad my room didn't have a phone. :-/ We did find our way to the restaurant and discuvered an absolute gem! The service and food were amazing and the prices were fair. They even had liver entertainment starting at 6 PM."

"Cute place. Good amenities- breakfast, affordable items in the main area, arcade games were fun. Feels secure with the gates around the property. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Pool towels were elusive and scarce. Centrally located in Tucson. Overall, good stay. "
