"The toilet was plugged when we got to the room but they jumped right on it and cleared it but the next morning it was plugged again and no one had used it. I think they have a problem that needs addressed very quickly"

"Very Disappointed in this facility. From the pictures on the web it looks like a great place to stay but that's it. First let me say as soon as the elevator opened on the 3rd floor we where hit in the face with the strongest odor of someone smoking pot. We we there for 2 nights and it continued all the time we were there. Said something to the staff and the really weren't interested. Maybe because the facility on the whole smelled like that or they were either used to it or high themselves. Our room was old and the bathroom smelled of mildew. If we could of found somewhere else to stay we would of. The only thing that helped was we were out of the room from morning till night and only used it to sleep there. When we took a shower I but the shower towel inside of the tub and got a towel to stand on when we got out. I booked through Expedia and will be asking for some kind of refund but I doubt I will get it. The parking lot was shared by Mel's Diner (Excellent Food and Service) and was huge. They charged you 15 dollars a night to park there."

"I was very impressed with how clean the room was. It’s been updated. The staff was very good very professional to work with. Honestly the only concern I have is that they do not have elevators. Makes it a little bit difficult for people with problems to maneuver to the second floor. There was a disability elevator, but it wasn’t working. But overall, I was very happy with the choice and it was good value for my money."

Hyatt House Sacramento Airport - Natomas

2/10 Terrible

"i picked this hotel because they had airport transfer included . And when we needed a ride we were told that they are booked and cant take us to the airport . We end up getting an uber and paying . Very bad customer service as well . Will not stay here again"
