"I did not get a balcony room, I was put on the ground floor so I had to keep my curtains closed due to people walking by. The room was clean and comfortable, but I could easily hear my neighbors fairly late into the night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient."

"Unfortunately, our stay at the Hilton was disappointing. We found ants in the room we were staying in, which was very concerning and made us uncomfortable during our visit. We reported the issue to the manager, and he apologized and told us that he would apply credits to my account as compensation. However, I have not received any email confirmation, nor have I received the promised points or credits in my account. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected the hotel to follow through on the resolution that was promised. I hope Hilton will look into this matter and honor the compensation that was discussed with the manager. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a Hilton property."
