Property is currently being renovated but it's not done completely (example : bathroom with bathtub from the 80s). Noise outside, bar nearby and many police cars passing by many times ... will not go back there

Definitely a 3 star, but if you’re looking for a comfy bed in a clean hotel near the arena for a decent price…this is it! It’s an older hotel and it shows in spots but it’s good where it matters.

Asked for the receipt, had to wait for the housekeeping staff to check the room and then my husband had to use the bathroom after they checked so we had to wait another five minutes while the counter hostess went up and checked the bathroom again to make sure he didn’t steal a facecloth or something. Insulting and ridiculous. Kind of shabby and tired looking place. Bathtub drain was stained and no counter space for hair dryer or straightener.

Greetings, Apologies for the inconvenience. When we were checking out, we were told the room was empty. But then, the lady ( guest) asked the housekeeper to stop because the gentleman needed to use the washroom. That's why we couldn't check the room right away. The lady also asked for the receipt, which caused the delay. Thanks for your understanding.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I got a ocean view room with 2 queen beds and it was such an amazing view AND the room was HUGE. The staff members great as well. Always asking if my stay is good or if I needed anything else to enjoy my stay. The hotel seemed newly renovated so some areas seemed missed or still in the designing process. Also the bed frame seems like it was made of metal and not of wood so when moving around the metal would make noise. Nothing too terrible for me but may annoy another traveller. However 9/10 for my stay, would go again!

The room looked okay, but the bare floors and lack of decor caused a lack of the cozy feel that one expects from a hotel room. The floors were dirty and there seemed to be a slight smell that could possibly be a urine smell that was off putting. Even though there was a TV in the room, this hotel didn't offer any cable restricting the TV to only signing into our own streaming services such as Netflix. I prefer not to sign into my streaming services in public spaces as my password could remain in the device for future guests. Overall it was an okay stay, but nothing special. 6\10

Annoying loitering (loud) outside main entrance, late at night...... lots of talk, BUT when I rang main desk from my room, the attendant was sympathetic and quickly dealt with the issue. Very pleasant staff and well-appointed and clean!

Elevator did not work. 60 year old woman had to climb 4 flights of stairs several times with luggage & no assistance from staff. Internet did not work, no TV without internet. Renovated rooms looked nice & were clean . Room extremely cold & took hours to heat up. Metal beds made horrible banging sounds when you sat on them but beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Not enough parking for the hotel. Main part of hotel was renovated but 2 building on either side of hotel looked like they needed to be condemned. Not enough room to sit in breakfast area. Was not told that a $200 fee would be added to my bill. Hotel listed as a luxury suite. Not by any stretch of my imagination is this true.

Convenient location to Downtown and waterfront. Great Breakfast included. Excellent variety, comfortable seating area and well attended, providing more and hot entries items and choices. Very loud in ajoing rooms till after midnight. This must be just the luck of the draw, however. Internet and room TV down for several hours at prime viewing time 6-9 pm

it was nice and centrally located. only bad thing and wasnt that bad was took a while for the hot water to come but when it did it was plenty hot. i would definately stay again

The room was newly renovated except the bathtub. I assume that will also be renovated. There was a copper fitting and a little debris from installing the toilet still on the floor. I am sure once all the renovations in the building are completed that it will be a wonderful place to stay. Also the blinds with the scenery pictures are a really nice touch.
