« The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We never used the WiFi but it was available to us. The gift shop was not what we imagined it to be but we did purchase a shirt from it. The hotel was cute and had a few things referencing Mardi Gra which I thought was cool. « My room was in front of elevator. Only two of the three elevators worked and there were many times a noisy crowd waited on an elevator which was very annoying. One of the towels in my room had brown spots and I had to return it for a clean towel. I went down for breakfast and there no plates.
