Those views!
The views from inside and outside the treehouse can not be beat. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 levels which is great to allow for everyone to spread out. The couch and beds were very comfortable. This house is a 1 hour drive from Zion National park and the town of Springdale. There are more than enough pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries provided. Negatives: the dishes in the cabinets had a lot of food stuck on them and everything had to be washed before using. There are only 2 dish towels provided. The dining chairs are very uncomfortable. The bath on the main floor only has a tub, no shower. The outdoor furniture is a bit lacking and there is no grill at this property. This house well accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children.

The view was beautiful but we had too many issues to ever return.
Let me start off by saying, the house and view were stunning. We really enjoyed that part of it. However, we had several issues during our stay. The main one being that our first night there, the fire alarm started chirping. We messaged Vacasa about it and they said just poke it with a stick. The fire alarm was 12 feet in the air and we did not see a ladder. We finally found something in the pantry that would work. I understood them not wanting to send someone out at 3 in the morning. We assumed they would send out someone the next day to fix it. They never did. It chirped every hour throughout each night we stayed there and we had to continually get out of bed, grab the long pole and press the button for 15 secs each hour of the night. It would go off a few times and then finally quiet for a short time. Vacasa never sent someone to fix it. There was also an issue with the fridge, neither water nor ice worked while we were there. We let them know and they asked if it was on. We immediately said, it’s not that, we checked it. And they never even responded. The lack of customer care was disappointing. We had to purchase bottles of water to keep in the fridge and had to go without ice for our trip. Though the view is one we will never forget, I can’t imagine choosing the treehouse again. It was a lot of stairs to pull all of our luggage up. Since it was just the two of us, the loft style worked great but I can’t imagine it being a good fit for a group of people staying there.

If you want quiet and seclusion, stay here!
Property itself is great. Stayed here to visit family nearby. It’s rather secluded with few properties nearby. There are a few dirt/gravel roads and hills to access property, so 4x4 drive would be advised in rainy/snowy weather. There were many amenities at the property to make your stay nice. Also, take note that the nearest gas station/grocery store/hospital is about 20 min away, so plan ahead! Took off star for host Vacasa’s communication. Had a question about a few fees (was charged for hot tub, but we couldn’t find one at property) and they stopped responding to me. Gave them a couple weeks to respond, and asked again, but nothing. Customer service needs improvement. We also made a few suggestions to property owner such as having more than two tvs in the house. Overall property itself is a good stay!
