This was a lovely, comfortable, safe hotel. The staff were excellent. We were 2 women traveling alone and we felt secure here. I travel a great deal and highly recommend this hotel.

The good: private hot tub on the balcony was very nice to have, large shower with dual heads was also great. The bad: they have "full service spa" listed as an amenity. This is false advertising. The "spa" is a hair salon/spa on the first level that is not associated with the hotel. They have one person who does massage and can only be reached via an Instagram page to try and book a date. They do not even do weekends and just had random weekday availability out in July. I would think listing a "spa" as an amenity reflects on the price of the room which was very pricey so it feels a little like being taken advantage of. Also, the thermostat is hard locked at 69 degrees for the minimum. That is just simply not enjoyable as it'd be nice to be able to go a little lower than that and have that freedom. Why lock it? Seems like its trying to cut corners there. My girlfriend and I literally bought a box fan our first night so we could be comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it is fine but just simply not worth that price tag.

We will definitely use this place again. Cone to Medina every July and will be staying here from now on!
