"Very friendly staff clean rooms"

"The rooms could use a refresh. The room we had was nice, but it had broken tiles on the jet tub and walls that seemed to be touched up but not painted to match. The staff was friendly, and just a heads up, check-in is at 3 PM. We were told we couldn't check in any earlier. The website said fireplaces in the rooms, only to find out they are the glow electric ones, which was a huge disappointment."
