There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."

"I was there for 2 concerts at the Rogers arena. Hotel is well situated and close to everything. I was travelling alone and had no concerns with safety. Construction noises can be a bit irritating but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Very close to Granville which is a very lively and busy street with every food option available. Sunset Beach is a few blocks away. I had hot water the entire stay. Beds weren’t the greatest but not the worst either. "

"We booked this hotel for two nights before getting on a cruise! It was the best price in the area and was close to Stanley Park. We had our two kids with us, 5 & 3. It was absolutely PERFECT! I was shocked because I wasn’t expecting much. It was in the best location! We ate breakfast just a block away at the red umbrella every morning, and it was so yummy! There was a pizza place right across the street as well as a convenient store and a smoothie place! Honestly, there were so many restaurants...

Only negative was we had to drop off a rental car which is across from domestic arrivals and you have to walk a long distance to the hotel to the end of International flights.
