« Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again. »

« We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay. »

« We needed a place to stay for a week of appointments at Mayo. Cottage on 11th was perfect for us. It was clean and quiet and had all the comforts of home. We were able to cook our own meals and enjoyed lots of patio time and short walks around the neighborhood and on the nearby trail system. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. We would stay again. »

« This was a lovely property well taken care of asked with a beautiful view and easy lake access. There was clearly a lot of thought from the owners, from extra bug spray to a well stocked game room. We only had six guests but could have accommodated up to eight utilizing couches if needed. »

« The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. »
