"Room was advertised as kitchenette. There was a sink a kettle and a microwave with dishes but no stove top. Their literature in the room states food preparation is against the law. Ok so why advertise a kitchenette?Staff leaves at 4 pm no one that I could find after that. There was an ant infestation as well. Power was out for mor than 6 hors on one of the mornings."

"1. Parking: This was used by nearby workmen's 4 wheel drives, to park around the clock for their shifts on Vic Big Build. Big engines backed into the unit doors, changing at hours in the middle if the night. We returned to our unit at 5 pm on 2 occasions, to have no parking. It was organised 30 minutes later, when workmen finished the shift on nearby worksite. Hot water was a disaster, a problem of cheap installation. The lounge chair had completely peel off vinyl, the other chair legs were loose, the single bed was a king size bas with a much smaller mattress. they reluctantly gave us fresh towels, only once after we chased them up over putting the sign out with no response. We had to beg for more tea bags and sugar. Your photo is nothing like the reality of the room. We are average elderly Australians who treat other people's property with respect. This was a horrible experience and I believe a parking racket for money is going on. Expedia was recommended to me, but never again after this experience. "

"The room was clean, spacious and included the amenities that you want (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer, wifi, aircon, tv, fridge). The venue is quite old but they have maintained it to be a worthy place to stay. And, I would stay here again. Across from Doncaster Shoppingtown ... means easy access to restaurants (cafe's and foodhall) and supermarkets. I was in an upstairs room, which had a nice little balcony that had nice views of the city and the sunset. I didn't eat at the attached pub/venue but it's literally there, so you don't have to go far to get a feed. "

"Booked King Spa suite. Room was okay, nothing flash. But mattress was rock hard. Sore hip the next day! Basic older style motel with usual amenities. Quite clean."

"Tiny room was looked over by adjoining building so curtains always closed. No coffee table so food or drink had to be consumed whilst sitting on the bed. No writing paper or pen. No soap holder on vaniity so grabbed a plate from the kitchen to hold soap. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. "
