Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. Nittany, coffee at Cafe Lemont and/or dinner at Kamri Thai and Sushi House, Happy Valley Brewing or the Voodoo Brewery! It's all here. This cute cape cod was built in 1946 and has been completely renovated. A firepit and patio for relaxing outside. If you have 6 or 7 guests coming, we will open up the basement for you to use, so you will have an extra bedroom, bathroom and living room! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms are set up each with a Smart TV. What can I say but just the perfect stay at this wonderful home so close to campus. I was dropping my daughter off to summer classes at Penn State and she was nervous about being too far from home so I decided to stay in the home for the week while she got settled. Cheryl couldn't have made the stay more pleasant. My sisters ended up joining me but the yard and front porch were wonderful for our morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine and the home was perfectly appointed with everything you would need for your stay.
