Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! I enjoyed all of the breakfast options and how most options were healthy. The breakfast attendant was very sweet asking everyone how breakfast was and collected your dishes for you! I will definitely stay in the future when I’m in State College!

PSU graduation weekend

Hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made our daughter’s graduation weekend special with extra freebies and lobby decor. The rooms are very spacious.

Property was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly except the one manager who was on duty at our check in . She was very unwelcoming however the young man who initially served was great! The only other issue we had was the towels located in the pool area courtesy of the hotel were damp . Other then that I would recommend staying here !!

Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the staff taking care of the breakfast buffet did a great job. I didn't have any interaction with the maid service staff, but the room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Good parking, convenient location for walking.

The staff were very nice (and VERY accommodating), but the room was difficult to cool, the lobby area was also very hot. The shower was a little dirty, and there were some leftover items from previous stays. Breakfast was adequate and kids had fun.
