Red Roof Inn & Suites Herkimer

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Herkimer Red Roof. This was my second time staying at the property, and my fellow travelers first. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the grandkids LOVED the outdoor pool and had a blast! Only one minor downside, and its NOT the Red Roof's fault. It had been a couple of years since my last stay here, and since that time the Denny's next door closed hahaha. I would highly recommend this property for a one night stay, or even an extended one. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the lakefront hotel. Small but comfy room, my only suggestion is to add a couple little tables, especially in the bathroom by the sink. So convenient for a quick walk uptown! LOVE the Adirondack chairs provided to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake!"

"Beautiful property. It was quiet, comfortable, relaxing and private. The hosts were friendly and there if you needed anything. The kids loved the pond. The outdoor shower is amazing. Can’t wait to go back."

"My wife and I stayed for two nights while visiting the Cooperstown area. The text-based communication on our room availability and access code worked well for us. We got there late and the streamlined, counterless check-in was perfect for our late-night arrival. The parking looked to be a bit staggered, as we had to park away from our room a bit, but no matter for us. Our two-bed room was very clean and had a nice size small fridge for our travel food and a microwave to heat them back up for a snack. The beds and sheets/comforter were super comfortable and the in-room air conditioning worked effortlessly. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower head was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and let our friends and relatives know of this place and will look to be back the next time we’re visiting. Thanks!"
