While it doesn’t boast the polish of a newer hotel, it checks the box on every comfort including AC, a beautiful upstairs sitting room full of historical photos and antiques as well as a lovely garden terrace to take one’s meals. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests.
