Early evenings, you'll definitely want to sit outside on the nice back deck with plenty of room to discuss the day! There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one has a tub/shower combination and the other has a walk-in shower) and the laundry room. The third level has the the master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower.

This spacious townhome comes with 2 parking spots in front of the unit. The San Simeon community also has a pool for days when you don't feel like going to the beach.
