The furniture is too large for the sitting room and the balcony so it feels a bit cramped. The king bed is a bit worn (matress) and could use replacing but not horrible. Perfect location! We comfortably slept 3 adults and loved the accessibility to the beach. The patio was an added bonus for winding down with a glass of wine after a long day in the sun. The views from the third floor were amazing to wake up to! If you're staying at this condo, be sure to bring salt, pepper or other seasonings. Also, you'll need to bring your own coffee and filters, too. I'd recommend packing a few extra towels, trash bags and paper towels as there is a limited amount provided.
