Family vacay

This particular unit, I was not impressed with. I should have investigated the smell and the water pressure with the management, but really, our stay was only a couple nights to allow some beach time on our trip. We had one very small issue that was resolved FAST with our unit, but my kids didn’t mention the water pressure until the night before we left, so I never addressed it. The property as a whole, I was pleased with and will definitely go back. My fiancé and I stayed in a separate unit and the teens used this one. Last year and this year, we stayed at this property. Happy with both our rooms. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in both rooms, as well as this one having a boogie board.

You must be joking

The location is perfect. Quick beach access and the outside was cute and well kept. The inside however was absolutely filthy. Our beds were not made prior to check in, sheets dirty and stained. The carpet was damp and the entry smelled like pee. Upon further entry it smelled entirely of mildew/mold so strong my nose burned. We were not left any toilet paper, the knobs for the shower were broken and we could not use hot water. We tried air fresheners to help the smell and it did very little. When waking up we both had sore throats and a cough that we could only assume was from heavy mildew/possible mold. We were forced to find another place and leave immediately for our own health and safety.

Super cute!

This unit was exactly as pictured - super cute and very clean. It has everything to prepare a meal if you’d like, it, pans, etc. The bed although it is a single was very comfortable. Its quaint yet comfortable and perfect location to John’s Pass, restaurants and the beach. I will be back.

This was the perfect last minute stay close to the beach to enjoy the fireworks on NYE.

The property was as described on the listing. It was clean and provided just what we needed for a night on the beach. The beach was a 3-5 minutes walk from door to beach. The check in process was seamless. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great location and super cute beach vibe. Would most definitely stay here over & over. Very quiet and the location is great. Waking distance to many restaurants and close to the grocery store. It's a must, book it!
