Fifty Gulfside #314 2 Bedroom Gulf Front Indian Rocks Beach

View the spectacular sunsets and pristine beach from your private balcony in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath Beach Front condo. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with TV. Unit comes with a flat screen TV in the spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances. Unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and a phone for free long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada. Building amenities include a large patio, deck, lounge chairs, heated pool, barbecue, central elevator and coin operated washer/dryer room on each floor. No smoking. No pets

Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th. The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.

Almost perfect !

Great spot and condo ! Great view from balcony ! Only drawback is whenever u get a group of condos like this it can get noisy with kids and beach can get packed . Would def come again tho

Great place

Nice place. Views were great. Ease of check in and safe. Lots of great chairs and coolers to use. Pillows, blankets, and umbrella needs upgraded. Umbrella and cold water in main bathroom knob was found broken. Great porch. Awesome living and kitchen space. Pictures are deceiving for bathrooms. Overall, awesome place, and awesome time with family

Beautiful Stay at Indian Rocks Beach

There’s nothing quite like the sunrise at Indian Rocks Beach and this property has a beautiful view from the balcony for early morning coffee and a sunrise. Management of this property are very kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a pack n play in one of the bedrooms for my infant. The only thing a little off was some molding around the showers that I could have done without. But everything was lovely, very well priced, and my family enjoyed our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great location and condo unit!

We had a great stay here! The place was clean, smelled good upon arrival. Check-in was extremely easy compared to other places we have stayed in the area. Location, location, location. We had a rental car because we go to Orlando 1 day but we rarely otherwise needed to even use the car given the number of restaurants, shops, and fun things to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. Note: bring beach towels! This was first place we stayed that didn’t have them - not a big deal as CVS across the street had them cheap but if you can bring them - suggest!
