Family vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is close to many restaurants and stores like target and Walmart. The home was clean and just as described. Communication with owner was great quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely be keeping this home in mind on our next family trip.

We stayed here for 3 of our 6 days in Florida. Would definitely rebook. Quick and easy communication with the host, well stocked property with lots of good amenities for all ages. Hot showers and good beds. 10/10 in my book

House stock with amenities

Great house for our family trip. Communication with host was great. House had all the amenities needed for a family stay. Pool was great for adult downtime while kids played. Washer and dryer, including detergent, was very handy. In a good neighborhood and convenient location to stores and restaurant and just down the street from beach, St. Petersburg, and downtown Tampa.

Loved our stay!

The home sits back from the main road in a quiet little neighborhood. Very cozy and clean setting! Linens were clean and stocked up along with pool towels. The back yard made us not even want to leave the house! The kids had a blast outside! We were staying in the area to give the kids an outing before school and also shop for school clothes. Perfect location with the mall being 15-20 minutes away! Jeff was a great host, answered all of my questions in a timely manner & was very helpful.

I am not sure why all the bad reviews about cleanliness this place is very clean and the only bugs I saw were outside. We had a wonderful stay here with my daughter and grandchildren. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. We had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, pot and pans, towels. Etc. The pool was very nice and we loved the grill outside! The owner was very responsive and did not have any issues with communication. The check out process was very easy as well. I definitely will be back!
