Unit is equipped with a kitchen stocked with cookware to make homemade meals, in unit laundry, there is parking in rear in addition to plenty of off-street parking. Wonderful location if you are in town for an event. Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200\. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250\. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. It’s very quiet too. Nicely appointed kitchen. A couple issues however in this unit: no plug in the bathroom, the bed is very lumpy and sinks horizontal in the middle. The kitchen was spotless but the rest needs some deep clean TLC — most of which a magic sponge could handle. This studio apartment is in a fairly nice neighborhood - felt safe enough. Amenities are sparse: there is no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. There were exactly two bath towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel for the two of us. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and no mirror in another location where there is an outlet - problematic for using a hair dryer. Upon stripping the bed linens prior to check-out, we were disgusted to find that the mattress cover was very stained with multiple stains and locations - gross. Had I know that all that was between me and this was a fitted sheet, I would not have slept there! ##### Vonda J. The apartment was as listed. Jeffery the owner was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times throughout our stay. It was a nice relaxing weekend in a nice and clean space. A added bonus was the Keurig coffee maker with the needed supplies. What is even a better surprise is when we found out that renting the property gave us access to a local fitness center. The host, Jeffrey, was always prompt with communication. The place is nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, and there are helpful magazines about what to do in the St Charles area. One tip: as it's an older building, there's no available outlet in the bathroom, so if you plan to use electric appliances, you may want to bring an extension cord to plug into the outlet just outside the bathroom. ##### Ian J.
