"The room was very warm and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was a bit small. The front desk staff were all very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.
One small issue: housekeeping entered and started cleaning close to the 11 a.m. checkout time, which caused some confusion between my personal towels and the hotel’s towels. It would be better if they could confirm with front desk before entering to clean before 11am.
Overall, a pleasant stay."
