The room has no basic amenities such as shampoo, hair dryer, bed sheet for covering the comforter, not to mention others The windows have gaps that the flies can come in."

"Em dois dias de hospedagem modificamos de quarto por 4 vezes. Os motivos foram os mais diversos. O primeiro quarto não tinha condições de uso. Fizemos a mudança para outro quarto cujo colchão era maior do que a cama, o que causou desconforto. O chuveiro quase não sai água e o banheiro bastante sujo, com insetos. Solicitamos mudança de quarto, contudo este apresentou falta de água e curto circuito, o que nos obrigou a nova mudança acrescida de transtorno e insatisfação. Este hotel tem ótimo...
