"The staff was quick to help during check in and check out, but upon arrival, the rooms were very cold. Why? Because the windows and doors were left wide open for every room on each floor. The location is ideal—very convenient for shopping, taking the subway, or getting a taxi. It’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
