« First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. Stains on the bed covers and on the mattress covers. Walls in bathroom dirty, we put our towels on the sofas to be able to sit down and did not even use the terrasse as...

Cottage is cozy and clean Yard space is great .Would have given five stars except for the fact that the listing states a hot tub/spa which does not exist on the property./and we were asked to strip linens and put them and towels in washer before leaving when we had already paid a cleaning fee? He even checked in with us to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything from him. This was a very pleasant and easy experience! « Everything about this place was perfect. The location to the beach and shops is very convenient. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a family meal when we did not feel like venturing out. Would definitely book again if the chance arises. »

« We went down for a long weekend and barefoot concert. This location is perfect for the beach, boardwalk and so many other attractions. The place is exactly what’s described online. It’s small yet efficient. Perfect for the 7 of us. Angela is very nice with reaching out on what the house has and what’s needed to bring with you. This will be a definite return stay for us. « This property is beautiful and a great view of the canal. The only drawback was there is a couple that lives in the basement that we weren’t expecting. They were quiet and pleasant, but we didn’t expect other folks at the property. Overall a very nice place to stay. »

« My wife and I enjoyed our mini-vacation anniversary getaway at The Surf! Although it was self-service, they were available by phone to resend my code. We definitely would stay again, and if I had to make one suggestion, it would be a stronger WiFi because we were not able to watch tv without frequent buffering. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed ourselves. »
