"The property is clean and well equipped, appliances are funtioning well. Easy parking , close to the airport. I booked again after staying in a different hotel in Seoul. I will definitely come back when I a place to stay in Incheon.

"Great room. Not a hotel just an apartment in an apartment building. No front desk, just a kiosk. Impossible to reach out to the host and communication was only on Korean, not friendly to international travelers. Great room though!"

"The property was well equipped for a perfect at home while abroad setting. Spacious room, which the picture does not due show well enough! The area its self is very quiet, if you’re looking to not be in the city and have a nice peaceful rest this will be perfect. My only mistake was not booking this property for a longer stay! Would stay at future urbanstay properties especially in the shopping districts "

"Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at the Shilla Stay Guro. Big shoutout to the front desk for their top tier service especially Saemi. The room was always clean and the hotel well located with easy access to public transportation. I loved the minimalist design of the room and common spaces."
"The hotel was very nice. I didn't understand the pool scheduling at first, but eventually I understood why they had time slots for pool use. This was to provide a private session for those to enjoy. The area was around a lot of stairs, great for doing a workout outdoors. There were a lot of restaurants near by which made finding food convenient. The staff was nice and smiled each time my sister and I exited and entered the building."

"Location of the hotel is good as its nearby many attractions. You can take the bus directly from airport to the hotel nearby and walk for 5mins. It is also around 10mins from the metro station. Service of the staff and cleanliness of the room is also good. Will return here again in future."
