"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food.
The room was large, we had a balcony sea view room, it was clean and the housekeeper was excellent, providing a friendly service.

"Overall, the hotel experience was really good. The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable.
The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. When I asked about playing Arabic music, I was told that it was not allowed, which was honestly disappointing, especially for Arabic guests who...
