It was difficult to find a suitable outlet to plug our electronic devices into without them falling out of the socket. The only outlet socket replaced is in the very small sink area. We reported that the toilet did not flush properly. They provided us with a toilet plunger. And when we requested maintenance, it still did not flush properly. The staff seemed ambivalent to our request, and when we reported the issue at checkout, they didn't seem to care. The breakfast area has very little seating, so we forfeited our free breakfast and ate at Cafe Sophia two mornings. Socorro didn't appear to have many sleeping accommodations, if you look elsewhere. It had at least ten Tesla charging stations Best Western Corporate needs to evaluate this property. The electrical outlets in the rooms may be dangerous because they are so old. They have a cockroach problem in the area, and made stay difficult with them all over dead and alive to make sure my toddler didn’t eat them.
