Access is a bit of an issue, but well worth the drive in the hills.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful rustic farmhouse. Elisa and her family were ever so nice to my wife and myself. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. I really enjoyed the Americano coffee. We would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here last August and came back again this September. Francesco and all staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel has everything we need!

Very nice hotel and the included breakfast buffet was great.

Wonderful

We loved our stay in this beautiful property. Great location, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, welcoming staff, and they offer free parking on-site and a lovely breakfast.

If you're looking for a place to stay to explore Lucca, this is an excellent choice. A clean and comfortable place just a 5 minutes walk from The Wall and great price. Be sure to confirm that breakfast is included at this B&B - ours was not.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Service was impeccable and the team is very helpful, super friendly. It’s expensive but comes with a number of nice perks. Well worth it.

The hotel was amazing, beautiful, like taking a trip back in time to when the dukes and duchesses of Lucca strolled in the park and gardens of their country villa. The pool area, with the view of the Tuscan hills was lovely. I felt like a duchess.

Hotel and setting we're beautiful... Staff was excellent... Shout out to Corrado at the front desk for making this stay memorable. He provided great advice to local attractions..

Loved our stay in this beautiful property. The staff was always helpful and attentive. We had a great time here.

Checkig in and out was seamless. Upon getting to our room, I realized the shower had no hot water nor did the sink and shower could not fully turn off. I called downstairs and someone came up promptly to check then we were given another room. I do agree with one review re carpet in hallway. It really should be removed. The villa is archaic with some charm if you like fancy hotels this is not the place for you. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to get around the area--thank God we...

Stayed here for two nights. We had a car, so parking space was appreciated. Breakfast is aplenty, coffee is good and limitless although it comes from a self serve machine. next to the city walls and close to everything Lucca has to offer.

Simply the best, the location in great to book your Tuscany experience: 10min from Lucca, 20 from Pizza, 40 fron Florence, etc. The staff is just perfect! Small setup but it has everything you need to spend a couple of days at the hotel and go out to explore Tuscany, you can spend a two week vacation there and will always have great stuff to do. The swimming pool is beautiful and totally open to the Mountains. Large rooms, and very nice Villa all together Simply a great place.

This was the 4th hotel we stayed in during our recent jaunt through Italy. It was easily the best. Modernized, free internet, great location. Also had bikes for guests which are very handy getting around Lucca.
