I know the property for long time...the only issue continue to be internet...terrible...It seems has not been improved...talking to front desk only evasive answers...
Suite room was spacious, comfortable and quiet being on the top floor. Five minute drive to old city walls or convenient bus service immediately outside the hotel. Good free parking facilities.Had dinner in the hotel on two nights and it was reasonable quality and good value. Bar unfortunately is dead. Hotel a little dated in decor but no big deal. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Would use this hotel again if I was staying in Lucca.
The property is very old, the wifi does not work in all of the rooms and the hotel is not close to any food establishments.
