"Lovely house offered everything we needed, very clean throughout and welcome pack upon our arrival was great. Perfect location for touring around North Norfolk with our 2 dogs."
"We enjoyed our week's stay in The Smithy. The house was warm and cosy, well equipped and we loved the conservatory and rural outlook. Beautiful sunsets in the evening and skeins of pink-footed geese flying overhead. Lots of information on places to visit and we especially enjoyed a meal at The Rose and Crown."
"Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable.
If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside.
Would definitely stay again."

"Great service from arrival, easy check in service. Staff friendly, welcoming. Will highly likely stay here again. Didn't feel hounded by staff, was able to come and go as we pleased. Would highly recommend "
"Wells-next-the-sea is a lovely town, and The Quay has easy access to great food and the beach area, not to mention the gelato shop right next door. It’s cute and easy to access."
"The bloomer suite was fabulous as it gave us more space and it was wonderful however the double room was quite noisy as the upstairs flat stairs are above the bed and the church clock chimes hourly during the night. Breakfast was amazing. "
