"Check in was 4:00. We got there around 4:30. Our room wasn’t ready and several people were waiting for rooms for over 2 hours. We had to switch to a smoking room because that was all that was clean. This is unacceptable. We had prepaid for the room and everything. "

Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. "

"Scary to say the least. Before we got into the building there was broken down cars everywhere, old broken furniture in what once was a pool. The room was also scary with stained walls and bathroom, not to mention the homeless that live there! Do NOT book there if you want to live another day. "
