« The bed was so soft that you sunk in and was difficult to move around in. The check in staff was playing games on his phone and too busy to check me in upon arrival. »

« The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers. »

I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! « I was unable to make it due to family emergency from the time I booked it 04/20/2026 roughly 9:30 am to the time the emergency happened was only an hour! I tried canceling and it would not allow me to! Then when I called the property nothing they could do cuz Expedia is 3rd party and THEN!
